Operations Executive – Account Services

Key Responsibilities

• Support account opening and account maintenance processes, including system updates and documentation preparation
• Process account-related reviews and maintain tracking records
• Prepare and retrieve documents for internal reviews, audits, and operational requirements
• Coordinate transaction processing and ensure timely submission to relevant teams
• Manage document filing, archival, and record inventory processes
• Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation
• Support ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned
