The Job

• Act as the main contact point for clients on all custody-related operational matters
• Ensure high service quality and consistent client experience
• Understand client requirements and ensure compliance with service standard
• Represent the client’s perspective internally and drive issue resolution
• Handle client queries promptly with accurate responses
• Monitor global/regional market and regulatory changes and prepare news updates
• Send timely client communications such as bulletins, questionnaires, and operational notice
• Escalate issues to relevant Unit Heads when required

The Talent

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to review manual client instructions, verify supporting documentation, and ensure accurate processing.
• Comfortable liaising directly with clients via phone to validate instructions, gather documentation, and support operational processing
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, client‑focused mindset
• Fast learner with positive learning attitude
