Business Data Analyst - Part-Time

We are hiring  DataAnalyst to support business operations using AI tools. This role tracksinvestments, services portfolios, follows market trends, and monitors businessproduction output. Suited for someone entry-level who is comfortable with dataand wants to use AI tools in day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities

• Track investment performance and flag major changes or risks.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to analyze data, summarize reports, and speed up research.
• Service and maintain client/business portfolios, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Monitor market trends and prepare simple summaries highlighting key changes.
• Track business production numbers (output, sales, or volume metrics) and report on progress against targets.
• Build simple trackers or dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets) for portfolios, market data, and production figures.
• Support the team with day-to-day data requests and reporting.

Minimum requirements

·      Local Diploma or degree  in Business or related field

·      Good Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivottables, charts).

·      Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT orClaude for analysis and summarizing.

·      Clear written communication, able to explaindata simply.

·      Detail-oriented and organized.

·      Able to work independently
