Business Processing Assistant #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring a Business Processing Assistant to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business processing activities within the Group Insurance Operations team.
• Assist with issuance of policy contracts, endorsements, policy adjustments, and member movements.
• Perform premium calculations and experience refund processing.
• Ensure timely issuance of tax invoices, endorsement schedules, and medical cards.
• Handle employee benefits-related enquiries from clients and intermediaries via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate records, proper documentation, and ensure data integrity.
• Review existing workflows and support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative support and perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Team Lead.
• Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements while identifying and escalating potential risks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.

• Location: near Eunos MRT
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Salary: Up to $3,800
• Contract Period: 6 months
