Business Transformation Intern - Part-Time

SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Transformation Intern to support strategic initiatives that improve business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.

This internship offers hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to analyse business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to transformation projects that drive sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Enterprise Solutions Specialist in coordinating and delivering business transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and tracking business requirements to clarify requirements, maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure timely resolution of requirement tickets

• Assist in analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement by participate in process mapping, workflow analysis, and change management activities

• Build and maintain business reports and dashboards to support operational monitoring and management decision-making

• Validate report accuracy by performing data quality checks and reconciling information from multiple data sources

• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and documentation for project stakeholders

• Support the implementation of digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives

• Perform other business analysis and project coordination tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and basic to intermediate SQL skills to analyze data and support business reporting

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  

This internship has a tentative duration of three to six months, from Aug 2026 to Feb 2027, with an option to extend by mutual agreement if performance is satisfactory and the business need exists.
