Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and documenting client claims cases with accuracy and empathy

• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client care initiatives

Who We're Looking For:

• Local Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR)
• Minimum Diploma education (or currently pursuing diploma/degree)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin — to communicate effectively with diverse clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, curious, and eager to learn
• Sales-inclined mindset — motivated by adding value to others and growing professionally
