Client Servicing Executive (Bank L 6-Month Contract) Up To $5200 - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for clients on custody-related operational matters.
• Ensure delivery against Service Level Agreements/Standards.
• Maintain excellent client relationships through regular engagement and feedback collection.
• Manage and resolve client queries promptly with accuracy and ownership.
• Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments and provide client updates (e.g., Newsflashes, Bulletins).
• Escalate issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders when required.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in client service, operations, custody services, or financial services.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to service excellence.
• Good to have knowledge of custody or securities services.
