Commercial Analyst (Education) - Part-Time

We're looking for a Commercial Analyst to support strategic partnerships and business development initiatives, working closely with senior leadership on financial modelling, business cases, and contract coordination.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain financial models for new partnerships, business initiatives, and strategic projects — feasibility, scenario analysis, ROI

• Develop business cases and operating models for new partnership structures, courses, and regional initiatives

• Support contract review and coordination with Legal — commercial terms, service scope, deliverables, timelines

• Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Academic, Ops, Finance, Marketing, Legal, QA) on partnership workstreams

• Prepare proposals, management papers, and board-level materials

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support strategic planning

• Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks; provide structured updates to leadership
