Communications Executive - Part-Time

Our client, one of world’s largest financial services institutions is looking for:

Communications Executive

Responsibilities:

• Work with Change Management, Communications and Employee Engagement Team Lead to ensure that change management and communications strategies and executions are:

1. aligned with business priorities, and
2. delivered in a consistent tone of voice and communication style.

• Work with Project Leads and Product Owners (POs) to:

1. storyboard, design and produce multimedia communication content and learning resources, e.g. eDMs, infographics, newsletters, videos etc.),
2. drive effective change management, and
3. drive adoption of newly rolled-out work tools.

• Set up dashboard and leverage data and insights to:

1. track progress and establish effectiveness of change management and communications initiatives, and
2. facilitate decision making and action steps planning.

• Support the planning and execution of Townhalls, including pre-and post-event content creation and publishing.
• Work with Tech developers to design, build and maintain the department’s revamped intranet site.
