Compliance Advisor - WPM - 6 Months Contract - SGD11k - Part-Time

This role will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Regulatory Compliance and will be responsible for safeguarding asset management against financial crime and regulatory risks, ensuring alignment with global standards, and providing compliance guidance across products, services, and client activities.

Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and address regulatory and financial crime risks affecting AMSG.
• Drive adoption of global compliance frameworks, initiatives, and standards.
• Serve as liaison with regulators, industry bodies, and internal teams.
• Deliver expert guidance on RC/FCC processes, AML/CFT issues, and risk controls.
• Uphold HSBC control requirements, oversee operational risk, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Balancing global, regional, and local compliance priorities while managing competing demands.
• Driving change and influencing senior leaders in a dynamic business environment.

Qualifications
• Degree in finance, law, or related discipline; compliance/finance certification preferred.
• Around 5 years of compliance experience in fund management or financial services.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven track record of working with regulators and leading change initiatives.
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Experience working in matrixed or cross-border environments, with strong collaboration skills
