Contract Accountant 1-Year Contract Healthcare Finance #HYNA - Part-Time

Kick-start or grow your accounting career with a 1-Year Contract Accountant opportunity. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to support treasury, financial reporting and accounting operations within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role offers excellent exposure to end-to-end finance functions and is suitable for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in accounting.

Job Responsibilities

• Support treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, budgeting and cash management
• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis and monthly management reports
• Review accounts payable transactions, reconciliations and resolve payment-related queries
• Manage fixed assets, including asset verification, disposals and fixed asset reporting
• Assist with month-end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Liaise with shared service teams and internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related matters
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, financial reporting standards and internal controls

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline
• Candidates with relevant internship or working experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Basic understanding of financial reporting principles and accounting standards is preferred
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
