Contract Bank Regulatory Compliance Executive, Audit & Assurance #BLM - Part-Time

Jobs Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory monitoring, surveillance and thematic reviews to assess compliance with MAS regulations and internal policies.
• Perform testing of key controls, identify compliance gaps and prepare clear monitoring reports with recommendations.
• Support the development of monitoring tools, reports and dashboards to improve testing efficiency and quality.
• Prepare monthly regulatory reports and management updates for senior management, Board and Head Office.
• Support regulatory inspections, internal audits and external audits by coordinating information and responding to queries.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely remediation of findings and strengthen the bank's compliance framework.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Compliance Testing or Risk within Banking or Financial Services.
