Contract Client Static Data Executive, Private Banking #BLM - Part-Time

Jobs Responsibilities

• Review and process client account opening and closure requests, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
• Maintain client static data, securities and counterparty records in Avaloq and related banking systems.
• Support corporate action processing for Equities, Fixed Income and Fund products, ensuring timely execution.
• Perform daily pricing validation, data reconciliation and maintenance reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Liaise with Front Office, Compliance, Middle Office, custodians and external vendors on account and data related matters.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, internal controls and regulatory requirements while supporting day to day operations.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Wealth Management Operations, Static Data, Corporate Actions or Client Onboarding.
• Familiar with wealth management account opening documentation and investment products.
