Contract Name Screening - KYC (12 Mths) - Part-Time

Job Summary

You will conduct comprehensive screening and investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and document findings for audit purposes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct name screening against sanction lists, Politically Exposed Person (PEP) lists, internal blacklists, and adverse news sources to identify potential risks
• Perform trade manual screening investigations and clear alerts to maintain compliance standards
• Collaborate with compliance and operational teams to resolve screening and investigation issues effectively
• Document review assessments and investigation conclusions thoroughly to support regulatory and audit reviews
• Assist in preparing daily management information (MI) reports to track screening activities and outcomes
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by Group Head, Deputy Group Head, or Team Lead to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including AML, KYC, and sanctions frameworks
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey findings clearly
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess screening results and investigations
