At OneO2Plants, we're looking for a positive, reliable, and proactive team member to support our HR, Customer Relationship Services (CRS), Marketing, and Business Finance teams.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Provide administrative and coordination support across various departments
🔹 Assist with documentation, filing, data entry, and record maintenance
🔹 Support company events, projects, meetings, and business activities
🔹 Coordinate with colleagues, customers, vendors, and external partners when required
🔹 Assist with reports, presentations, and business documents
🔹 Handle general office and operational tasks
🔹 Take on ad-hoc assignments and special projects as business needs arise

💡 This role is designed to support multiple departments, so flexibility and adaptability are more important than having experience in a specific function.
