Responsibilities
• Write user stories and specifications based on requirements • Liaise with business for clarification and understanding • Manage workshops with business to challenge needs • Analyze functional impacts and work with developers • Create tests and define test strategy • Conduct continuous testing in development environment • Provide 3rd level support for application incidents • Reproduce and analyze functional problems in coordination with developers
Requirements
• At least 4 years of business analyst experience • Hands-on testing process and database testing • Strong analytical and communication skills • Knowledge of IT system development life cycle • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Exposure to UML Diagram, Flowchart, and data flow diagram • Ability to effectively interact with Business and Technical teams • Proactive with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Technical experience or background with data models and SQL • Optional experience with API testing • Financial/banking industry knowledge • Specific knowledge in Finance IT is a plus
