Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Contract) - Part-Time

We're looking for a CRM & Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Customer Growth team. This role supports the planning, delivery and optimisation of targeted customer engagement programmes — helping the business connect the right customers with the right offers at the right time, through a data-led approach to retention, cross-sell and lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data exploration enhancements and fixes across CRM and analytics systems
• Coordinate platform enhancements with the tech team
• Support new campaign reporting requirements, working with business users and tech to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with technical teams on solutions
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new CRM projects
• Monitor and report on CRM usage
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones and timelines for campaign delivery
• Ensure accurate messaging, timing and execution of campaigns
• Manage stakeholders through process changes and project impacts
• Keep stakeholders informed on project status and issues
