Customer Service Officers #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring a Customer Service Officers to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone calls and emails for a new project.
• Provide timely and professional support to customers.
• Escalate issues where necessary and ensure proper follow-up.
• Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Prior customer service or call centre experience is an added advantage.

Others:

• Location: Near Fort Canning / Clarke Quay MRT
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (1.5-hour lunch break)
• Salary: Up to $2,300
• Contract Period: 6 months
• Interview: Face-to-face
