Data Analyst (Finance) - Contract - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, validate, and manage distribution reports (e.g., production tracking, compensation reports) to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with business rules
• Analyze business data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support decision-making and strategy execution
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and support the development of new processing models
• Provide analytical insights into business processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead or support system-related projects such as new implementations, system migrations, database changes, or reporting structure enhancements
• Troubleshoot issues, provide interim solutions to maintain business continuity, and recommend process improvements for efficiency and scalability

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in business data analysis and reporting
• Experience in various data analytics tools eg Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, Power BI, SQL, etc
