Network Management Associate
1) To support Nostro and Custody on-boarding and RFI/RFP due diligence reviews:
a) Collate and analyse agents’ responses against assessment check list.
b) Coordinate and collate feedback from cross functional stakeholders.
c) Data Analysis: Collate data on agents related cost to support network optimization.
2) To support Network Management risk & control initiatives:
a) Maintain Agents Service and Escalation Issues log to support agents' SLA oversight.
b) Conduct annual risk control reviews on dormant agents and maintain accurate repository records.
c) Collate and reconcile agent legal documentations to ensure proper and secure safekeeping.
3) To support Network Management Digital Initiatives
a) To create dashboards translating data to actionable insights to support BU analysis of cash and custodian agents
b) Collaborate internally, with Business, and Technology teams to on projects via 4D framework and shared project timelines.

1. Strong working knowledge of data management, including data validation, analysis, and reporting
2. Proven ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
3. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders
4. Strong risk and control mindset, with a firm understanding of governance frameworks and compliance requirements
Good to Have
1. Prior experience in Custody or Cash Operations
2. Experience in client servicing roles, with a focus on stakeholder management and service delivery
3. Exposure to data management tools, reporting dashboards, or process automation
