Job Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, conversions and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate employee screenings, offer documentation and employee declarations in accordance with company policies.
• Administer pass applications, renewals and related employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely filing of documents within HR systems.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries while providing administrative support across HR operations.
• Support HR projects, reference check processes and other shared services initiatives as assigned.
