Events & Distribution Support Lead (6 Months Maternity Cover) - Part-Time

SCOPE OVERVIEW

1. Collateral Design & Development

• Conceptualise, design, and produce partner-facing and sales collaterals across distribution channels
• Develop materials including but not limited to eDMs (electronic direct mailers), Sales incentive collaterals, Banca journals and newsletters, Personalised marketing materials, Greeting cards and communication pieces
• Ensure all collaterals are aligned with branding guidelines, campaign objectives, and regulatory requirements

2. Incentive &Recognition Materials

• Design and manage production of recognition items such as Trophies and awards, Certificates of recognition, Convention and incentive trip materials
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure materials reflect campaign themes and achievement levels
• Maintain consistency and quality across all recognition asset

3. Event &Convention Support

• Support marketing deliverables for events, conventions, and sales campaigns, including event branding and thematic materials, on-site collaterals and engagement items, pre- and post-event communication assets
• Coordinate timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed and delivered on schedule

4. Corporate GiftsSourcing & Management

• Source and recommend suitable corporate gifts aligned with campaign objectives and target audience
• Manage vendor selection, quotation comparison, and procurement processes
• Oversee production timelines, quality control, and delivery logistics
• Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards

5. FA Incoming Due Diligence Support

• Support due diligence process for incoming FA partners where required
• Coordinate documentation, vendor checks, and compliance alignment
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and approval processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Familiar with design tools (eg Canva, Adobe), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with email marketing platforms for eDM deployment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Creative yet practical mindset with strong execution capability
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
