Job Description - Executive (Finance & Administration) Government Sector - Part-Time

Salary: Up to $3,160/month

Location: Central Singapore

Contract: 1-Year Contract

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days work from home)

About the Role

Our client from the Government sector is looking for a detail-oriented Executive to support finance administration, payment processing, and programme operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills who enjoy working with numbers, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payments, allowances, and invoices accurately and promptly

  • Prepare payment submissions and track programme expenditure

  • Maintain financial records and supporting documentation

  • Assist with payment reconciliation and resolve discrepancies

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance-related matters

  • Support budget tracking and financial reporting

  • Prepare meeting materials, presentation slides, minutes, and correspondence

  • Track action items and follow up with stakeholders

  • Compile monthly reports and operational statistics

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline

  • Prior experience in administration, finance, accounts, or operations support will be advantageous

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Hybrid work arrangement (3 days office, 2 days work from home)
