Executive, GI Operations (Receipting) #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring Executive, GI Operations (Receipting) to be outsourced to our clients

Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone and email enquiries from customer care teams, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely and accurate receipting of payments across all payment modes
• Support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Process GI product-related GIRO collections and recurring credit card payments
• Perform credit card charging for General Insurance (GI) products
• Conduct account reconciliations and payment allocations
• Resolve customer enquiries and issues relating to their accounts
• Ensure timely clearance of unreconciled premium collections reflected in bank statements and statements of account
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as required
• Undertake additional duties assigned by management
• Relevant finance or accounting experience would be an added advantage.
• Experience in accounts reconciliation, receipting, or operations support would be an added advantage.

Working hours: 8.30am– 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary: up to $4500
Role involves regular communication with customers via phone and email
