Executive, Procurement - Part-Time

Job description

• Responsible for the procurement of goods and services as per requestor’s requirement.
• Able to work independently with respective stakeholders, adhere and meet timeline as per requirement
• Sourcing for service providers/suppliers and prequalification
• Manage the RFQ process and negotiate terms and prices
• Evaluation of bids, attend bids clarifications and recommend award
• Issuance of Purchase Order and track orders
• Pre and Post award administration
• Prepare procurement and project cost reports
• Vendors Management
• Adhere to procurement policy and process
• Any other adhoc task assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree Business Administration or related study
• Procurement working experience for a minimum 2 years
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite and Sesami e-procurement system is an advantage
• Effective negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to operate and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines
• Must be customer-oriented, adaptive thinker, good team player, proactive, with good judgment and decision making ability
