Finance & Accounting Assistant (3–6 Months), $3,000 - Part-Time

Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,000

Location: Raffles Place

Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Type: 3 to 6 Months Contract | Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review regulatory reports for submission to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Head Office.
• Prepare reports for Head Office and assist with any required revisions.
• Monitor and calculate regulatory figures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports in accordance with reporting deadlines.
• Post monthly journal entries, including accruals and accounting adjustments.
• Assist with general accounting duties, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other finance-related tasks.
• Support the Finance & Accounting team with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Basic accounting knowledge, including AP, AR, GL, and journal entries.
• Entry level with an accounting qualification are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Meticulous, organised, and comfortable working with numbers.
• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
