Finance Assistant (3 Months Temp) - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and preparation of forecasts.
• Support budgeting, audit and other finance-related activities.
• Coordinate with Corporate Secretarial matters.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and provide administrative support to the finance team.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office applications.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn internal processes.
