Finance Executive [Govt] - Part-Time

• Location: Tanglin
• Work Timing: 8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $3500 per month
• Duration: Aug 2026 to July 2027 (Subject to renewal)

Key Responsibilities:

To support finance operations, specifically the Accounts Payable function within the Finance unit.

• Assist in processing and managing payment transactions in a timely manner, including verifying and validating supporting documentation and reconciling discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all payment transactions and supporting documents, including payment approvals and authorizations.
• Handle payment-related enquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned.
• Manage the Accounts Payable function within finance operations.
• Validate invoices, including conducting checks on supporting documents.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy in data entry and tracking spreadsheets.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Finance
• Proficient in Excel (Eg: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting etc)
