Finance Executive - Part-Time

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

* Support Finance Department in both Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

* Responsible for day-to-day preparation, compiling and recording of receipts, payment, accounts payable and receivable.

* Perform month-end close activities related to accounts payable and receivable process and reconciliation.

* Prepare reports on accounts receivable and reports on payable amount, and on operating expenses. Handle enquiries related to AP and AR.

* Support GST reporting functions.

* Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience :

* Diploma in Accounting/Finance Management

*At least 2 years working experience in accounting

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Self-driven and energetic

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in EXCEL
