Finance Management Executive / Assistant Manager - Part-Time

Job Scope:

• Support the annual asset verification exercise
• Test and prepare stocktake equipment, update user guides and prepare asset listings
• Liaise with and guide business departments on their asset verification
• Work with the vendor to troubleshoot issues faced during the asset verification exercise conducted using RFID technology
• Perform sampling checks on assets
• Review and consolidate department returns for Management reporting
• Update location of assets post office relocation/renovation
• Bear witness to asset disposals
• Assist with asset management transactions/postings in Workday and Asset Management System, reconciliations, etc.
• Any other adhoc assignments​

Requirements:

• Education in Accounting or Finance with working experience in asset management
• Independent, self-motivated and responsible team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (mandatory), Workday (preferred) and Asset Management System (preferred)

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thurs) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri) and the current hybrid work arrangement will be based on company's guidelines.

Contract Period: 1 year

Location: Pasir Panjang

Salary:

Management Executive: $3500-$4800/month
Assistant Manager: $4500-$6200/month
