Finance Manager (Contract –Cash Flow & AR Focus)

The executive shall perform tasks that may include but not limited to:

·       Managing accounts receivable, billing and collections and work closely with Studio Directors, ProjectManagers to ensure accurate AR and project accounting

·      Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with Studio Directors, Project Managers and their teams

·      Instill AR accounting and reporting systems, to facilitate accurate and timely reporting plus internal controls

·      Preparing weekly & month-end dashboards & reports for management

·      Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies

·      Working with Finance team, project managers and other teams to identify and deliver projects to drive expansion, free cash flow, and improved customer experience with dotted line reporting to Director of Projects in Singapore

·      To manage daily finance works including: GL, AP, AR, RV, PV, JV, Fixed Asset, Intercompany transactions, Cash moving in and out, document control. (AR Reconciliation, RV Cash application, Month End GL, JV entries)

·       Support in Local Financial Statutory Compliance including local FRS/IFRS, Audit and Taxation through preparation of necessary audit schedules and documents required for group audit and consolidation purposes.

·      Prepare subledger to trial balance (and balance sheets) and bank reconciliations before closing

·      Reviewing customer (and vendor contracts) and provide appropriate feedback regarding business terms, as required

·       Prepare and perform ad-hoc reports/information requested from time to time.

·      Effectively communicate with overseas office in English

·      Dealings with auditor & tax agent when necessary

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 7 years' experience in finance with proven track record
• Good command of speaking and writing in English.
• Good Communication (Mandarin would be a plus)
• Previous experience in consultant company, service provider or property development would be added advantages
• Experience with accounting software and any international ERP (SAP) system is a must
• Experience with accounting software (Zoho) would be an advantage
• Hands-on and self-managed
• Good personality, interpersonal and leadership skills and positive thinking
• Good analytical skill
