Finance Operations Analyst (Contract Role West Region) DT - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency

• Reconcile and align operational data from internal management systems with financial records in ERP platforms

• Develop and enhance processes to track, analyse, and segregate cloud-related costs and revenue components

• Build and maintain financial databases and dashboards to support reporting and analysis

• Collaborate with Finance and project teams to provide detailed revenue and cost reporting

• Analyse financial and operational data to identify discrepancies, gaps, and process improvement opportunities

• Support ongoing finance operations initiatives, system enhancements, and ad-hoc projects

• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and management review

• Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and compliance with internal processes and controls

• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounting, or business analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Comfortable working with large datasets and managing multiple priorities under tight timelines

• Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, Tableau, Databricks, or similar data visualisation/reporting tools is an advantage

• Familiarity with Workday or other ERP systems is a plus

• Able to identify process improvement opportunities and support operational enhancements
