Finance Operations & Automation Trainee - Part-Time

This traineeship provides fresh graduates with structured and practical exposure to finance process automation and digital solution development within a corporate finance environment.

The trainee will learn how to interpret finance workflows, translate business requirements into structured automation designs, and build, test, and deploy automation solutions that support finance operations such as month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.

Progressing from initial prototypes to production-ready solutions, the trainee will develop core modules, processing logic, and validation checks, handle more complex scenarios involving multi-source data and exception handling, and prepare solutions for operational deployment and long-term maintainability.

To build these solutions, the trainee will gain hands-on, development-focused experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, alongside AI-enabled tools including Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, and agentic workflow design.

On completion, the trainee will have developed practical solution-development skills and delivered working automation that reduces manual effort and improves the reliability of finance processes.
