Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial records within accounting systems.
• Ensure financial reports comply with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, and financial transactions.
• Support revenue accounting processes, including revenue recognition and deferred revenue reporting.
• Review, monitor, and maintain billing information to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, accounting documentation, procedures, and respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform complex reconciliations and ensure timely completion of supporting documentation.
• Prepare quarterly financial and association reporting.
• Represent the finance team in cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
• Develop and enhance finance procedures, provide training on new processes, and support continuous process improvement.
• Assist with other finance and accounting responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and accounting processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
