This role supports the AP Deal Desk team, involved in reviewing incentive deal proposals, maintaining financial models, and keeping the deal approval process running smoothly across AP markets. You will work with teams across Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations, and will regularly present findings and updates to senior management.
Responsibilities:
Review client incentive deal proposals before they go for approval, and work with internal teams to improve the quality of submissions
Help manage the deal approval process from start to finish, making sure it runs in line with governance and compliance requirements
Maintain and update the financial models used to evaluate deals, working with global teams to make improvements where needed
Prepare regular reports on client incentives for management review
Keep the client incentive database up to date and provide analysis to support management decisions
Support the rollout of internal deal tools including Dealight, iDeal, and Deal Performance Tracking
Work with Legal, Contract Management, and other teams to make sure client contracts are completed correctly and on time
Analyse financial data and clearly explain key findings, trends, and risks to stakeholders
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related field; CPA or CFA is a bonus
