Financial Cost Specialist (6 Months’ Contract) - Part-Time

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Cost Specialist to join our team. The Financial Cost Specialist will be responsible for tracking project costs, managing daily cost reports, and handling invoicing and vendor interactions. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and possess strong analytical skills to effectively manage project budgets and expenses.

Responsibilities:

• Track turnaround cost with spreadsheets vs use of a track system.

• Daily cost report, cost curve with projections

• Handle invoicing and deal with vendors on the front end and back end.

• Utilize spreadsheets and software tools to accurately track project turnaround costs.

• Monitoring procurement activities for cost savings

• Monitor expenses against budget allocations and identify areas for cost savings.

• Handle invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing.

• Communicate with vendors on both the front end and back end to address inquiries, resolve issues, and negotiate terms.

• Prepare report for turnover cost, budgeting and cost variances analysis.

• Improve the productivity and provide cost reduction measure.

• Responsible for safety and health to achieve Zero Accident.

Requirement:

• Proficient in SAP

• Proven financial experience in cost control specialist

• Excellence communication skills and leadership

• Good knowledge of with chemical process and common equipment operating and maintenance

• Understanding on common Industrial Rules & Regulations
