Financial Planning And Analysis (FP&A) Manager (12-Month Renewable Contract) - Part-Time

Our client, a leading international financial institution, is looking to hire an experienced FP&A professional to join their Finance team in Singapore. This is a 12-month renewable contract position.

This is a BAU FP&A role supporting financial planning, management reporting and business performance analysis across the bank. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and annual planning processes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights into revenue, costs and profitability.
• Partner with business and Finance stakeholders on financial performance and planning.
• Develop financial models to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls and automation.
• Prepare management presentations and support ad hoc financial analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in Banking Industry
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, TM1/Cognos or similar reporting tools is advantageous
