• Degree qualified with strong commercial pricing experience.

• Experience within Professional Services, Legal, Technology or Media sectors preferred

• Regional exposure within a multinational environment is required

• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders

• Agile, sharp, commercially minded and highly analytical

• Passion for leveraging AI and technology to enhance business outcomes.

Budget

SGD 12,000 – 16,000 per month + variable bonus

Job Scope

Our client is a global professional services organisation seeking an experienced commercial pricing leader to support complex, high-value engagements across multiple markets. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you will develop pricing strategies that balance client value, commercial competitiveness and profitability. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on sophisticated commercial arrangements, leveraging data, technology-enabled delivery models and market insights to support business growth.

As a key member of the global pricing team, you will lead the development and review of commercial proposals for strategic opportunities, including competitive tenders and large-scale client engagements. Working closely with Finance, Operations, Project Management, Technology and business leaders, you will provide financial modelling, scenario analysis and pricing recommendations, while helping to strengthen the organisation's pricing frameworks, governance processes and best-practice capabilities.

This role offers significant exposure to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to influence commercial strategy on a global scale. Responsibilities include advising on alternative and value-based pricing structures, supporting major proposal submissions, delivering commercial insights and market intelligence, and driving continuous improvements in pricing tools, reporting and processes. You will also play a key role in identifying emerging market trends, enhancing stakeholder capability through training and ensuring pricing approaches evolve alongside changing client expectations and technology-enabled delivery models.
