📢 Hiring: Accounts Specialist (Accounts Receivable)
📍 Location: Leng Kee Road
💰 Salary: $3,300 – $3,500
⏰ Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Process vehicle invoicing for revenue recognition and ad-hoc billings
• Perform Cost of Sales (COS) accruals
• Ensure billing documents are complete and properly authorised
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Post receipts accurately
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and debt collection
• Verify and check commission calculations
• Prepare monthly Sales, Cost of Sales (COS), Gross Profit (GP) and management reports
• Analyse Sales, COS and GP performance
• Assist with other finance-related duties as assigned
