Supporting the team’s transition to Workday system

Lead and manage end-to-end compensation and HR project implementation activities

Develop project plans, timelines, governance framework, and stakeholder engagement strategies

Gather business requirements and support system design and process implementation

Partner with internal teams to ensure system functionality, testing, and successful rollout

Coordinate regional stakeholders to align policies, processes, and compliance requirements

Manage external vendors and support system enhancements and issue resolution

Develop reporting and dashboard requirements to support business decision-making

Support integration and continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes

Drive change management activities and guide stakeholders through implementation

Build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure project success
