IMMEDIATE - Accounts Executive, AR (7-Month Contract) - Part-Time

About the role

We are partnering with a well-established organization in Singapore to support its finance team. The organization is involved in managing a range of operational, project-based, and strategic initiatives, while working closely with diverse stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end billing operations, including customer master data maintenance, invoice generation, and credit note processing within SAP.

• Ensure billing accuracy and compliance by maintaining complete supporting documentation and resolving billing-related queries or discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, support collection activities, and manage shared AR communications to ensure timely account reconciliation.

• Prepare regular financial and management reports, while providing administrative and operational support for ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in AR is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
