IMMEDIATE - Fixed Assets Accounts Assistant (8-Month Contract) - Part-Time

About the role

We are partnering with a well-established organization in Singapore to support its finance team. The organization is involved in managing a range of operational, project-based, and strategic initiatives, while working closely with diverse stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed fixed asset administration activities, including asset transfers, creation of asset records, and maintenance of accurate asset data within the ERP system.

• Monitored and prepared periodic reports and KPI tracking relating to fixed asset movements and asset management processes.

• Coordinated fixed asset accountability during employee offboarding and supported asset tagging activities to ensure proper asset control.

• Assisted with internal and external audit requirements by retrieving supporting documentation, facilitating asset verification exercises, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.

• Supported fixed asset lifecycle activities, including transfer, disposal, compliance reviews, and other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Higher NITEC in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or fixed asset administration is preferred.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
