Job Responsibilities

· Generate Daily & Monthly EOD Statements in FXD BO

· Perform reconciliation and assist in investigating/ resolving trade discrepancies or missing trades

· Ensuring correct settlement amount with Counterparties

· Updating deposit & withdrawals with Counterparties in FXD BO

· Monitor incoming funds in SCB Internet Banking Portal

· Facilitate account creations in FXD BO

· Facilitate password reset for clients’ statement via FXD BO

· Generating welcome letter and client statement passwords to clients via FXD BO

· Updating of clients’ details in FXD BO

· Verify signatures of third parties

· Facilitate in the closure of clients’ accounts in FXD BO and ensure no outstanding balances

. Update received client deposits into FXD BO

Job Requirement

- Basic coding skills (e.g. python)

- Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with external clients

- Has experience in using platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv and Jupyter Notebook

- Basic tax and accounting knowledge

Adequate experience in using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word

- Enjoys working in a team

- Meticulous and keen attention to detail

- Good time management and disciplined

- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills

- High adaptability to tough challenges

- Eager to learn
