Intern, Variable Capital Company (VCC) Fund Services (6 Months) - Part-Time

Please note this is a 6-month full-time internship.

1. Operational Governance & Administration

 - Operational Governance Framework: assisting in the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of the team's operational governance framework and related documentation

- Meeting Support: assisting in the preparation of meeting agendas, drafting minutes, and compiling board and committee packs.

- Correspondence & Mailbox Management: assisting in organising the VCC Fund Services mailbox, and drafting responses to routine enquiries.

- SharePoint: Supporting the improvement and upkeep of SharePoint environment to ensure it remains current and well-structured.

- Data & Records Management : assisting in maintaining clean, accurate, and up-to-date records across administrative and operational databases.

 2. Business Development Support

 - Marketing/ training materials – assist in putting together marketing material or training deck, and coordinate with Communications team to update intranet page

- Administrative Support : assisting with related administrative tasks as directed.

• Highly motivated, committed, responsible self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.

• Good multitasking and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team across geographies.

• Excellent IT skills in Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
