Internship (6 Months) - Accounts Administration - Part-Time

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document management.
• Assist in preparing letters, reports, and other business documents.
• Maintain proper records and ensure documents are organised and up to date.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general enquiries.
• Provide support for office operations and daily administrative tasks.

Accounting Support

• Assist in preparing and processing invoices and payment vouchers.
• Perform data entry for accounting transactions.
• Organise and maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in checking supplier invoices and following up on outstanding documents.
• Support monthly accounts closing activities and other finance-related administrative tasks.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
