Investment Analyst (Private Equity / Fund Management)

📍 Location: Raffles Place, Singapore
🗓️ Contract: 6 months + 6 months convertible (based on performance)
💰 Salary: Up to S$5,000
🕘 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (after 3 months) – 3 days office / 2 days WFH

Role Overview

This role sits within the MAP Fund Management, Investment & Product team. The analyst will support portfolio management, investment analysis, strategy formulation, and investor relations activities. This is a strong entry-level opportunity for candidates interested in private equity, asset management, or investment banking-adjacent roles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Portfolio Monitoring & Analytics

• Maintain and manage internal asset databases and portfolio monitoring dashboards
• Track portfolio performance and conduct attribution analysis
• Support ongoing portfolio analytics and performance reporting

2. Investment Analysis & Decision Support

• Assist in underwriting investment and divestment opportunities
• Analyse portfolio impact of potential transactions
• Prepare investment papers and supporting financial analysis

3. Investor Relations & Reporting

• Draft investor reports and bespoke reporting materials
• Prepare investor communications and presentation decks
• Respond to due diligence queries from prospective investors

4. Documentation & Coordination

• Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and internal reports
• Update presentation materials for existing and prospective investors
• Support coordination between Fund Management and Client Relationship teams
