IT Procurement Executive-AMK- Contract - Part-Time

The IT Procurement & Finance Lead is responsible for managing IT procurement including purchase orders, invoicing, vendor management, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role works closely with IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure cost control, compliance, and efficient procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT procurement and vendor coordination.
• Raise, issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices.
• Monitor IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets and expenditures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and finance policies.
• Coordinate contract renewals and vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate procurement and financial records.
• Support audit and cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT procurement and finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of: Purchase Orders (PO) ,Invoice processing CAPEX/OPEX management , Vendor and contract management
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good to have some Banking/ Fintech exposure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT infrastructure or software procurement.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
