Junior Business Analyst - Contract - Part-Time

• Review test cases, scripts, and data for each product and channel in line with feature specifications.

• Assess test cases, scripts, and data across functional, integration, regression, and workflow testing for both New Business and Post Issuance (POS) features.

• Review and approve UAT results within project timelines, accounting for overlapping releases across channels.

• Identify and log defects with clear references to requirements, and collaborate with QA, BA, and Developers for timely resolution.

• Track and follow up on unresolved defects to support on‑time release delivery.

• Document UAT review outcomes with supporting evidence and maintain full traceability to requirements.

• Perform post‑deployment checks to validate expected feature behavior in the production environment.

• Organize and lead defect checkpoint discussions with QA, BA, and Developers when necessary.
