Junior Project Manager (Contract) - Part-Time

• Support end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation, under guidance from senior project leads.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, coordinate stakeholder communications and meeting logistics across operations and technology teams.
• Support requirements-gathering sessions and help validate deliverables against business needs.
• Assist QA teams with testing coordination and tracking.
• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and materials for governance meetings.Track project risks and issues, escalating promptly to senior leads.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between workstreams.
• Support financial tracking (budget vs. actuals) and resource planning under supervision.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to streamline reporting, documentation, and forecasting tasks.
• Support change management and adoption activities for project outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with governance frameworks and documentation standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of project coordination or project management experience.
• Knowledge in project methodology (Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP fundamentals).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and at least one PM tool (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
