Junior Risk & Control Analyst [Bank] - Part-Time

The Opportunity

• 4months contract at Changi Business Park (maternity cover)

Job Responsibilities 

Risk & Governance Support

1. Provide day-to-day support to ensure uninterrupted delivery of SG CBWMO risk governance activities.

2. Maintain and update critical risk governance artefacts (incident/error logs, risk register, action trackers, KRIs/MIs) with accurate records and a clear audit trail.

3. Proactively follow up with Line Ops owners on outstanding issues/actions, flag slippages early and escalate overdue/high-risk items to management for timely resolution.

4. Prepare and quality-check weekly/monthly reporting packs and meeting materials (RCSA progress, incidents, key risk themes), ensuring data integrity and on-time submission.

5. Coordinate governance forums/working sessions: schedule meetings, consolidate inputs, take minutes, and track decisions/actions through to closure.

6. Liaise with Line Ops stakeholders to obtain timely information and documentation needed for risk monitoring, reporting and regulatory/management deadlines.

The Talent

1. Good control mindset and ability to understand a broad range of operational issues
2. Meticulous, analytical and data driven; proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with various levels of stakeholders
4. Familiarity with Wealth Management / Consumer Banking Operations would be a plus.
